Introducing Mouse

This is Mouse, or to use her posh name, Myandawn Melissa! Mouse is a Caramel Asian Shorthair kitten who has been turning the house and the family upside down for a little over a month now. Hobbies include terrorising our other cats, chewing, running and skidding, stealing food and terrorising the other cats. Did I mention she terrorises the other cats?

We (the humans) have loved her since she was plopped into my lap by the breeder, where she lay looking impossibly adorable and angelic. It was almost as though she chose us instead of us choosing her!

I have a theory that she was sedated when we met her since she has never been so calm since!

Just joking of course.......I think!

The Big Boys.....

This is Pig, our beautiful Red Burmese boy. He is 5 years old and initially made a big display of being less than impressed by the Mousey one.

Some weeks later he tolerates her, sometimes even seems to show some affection for her despite being mercilessly picked on! A sweet natured boy who suddenly looks so grown up now there is a kitten in the house.

This is Claude who is around 7 years old. You can't tell from the picture but he is huge. So huge, in fact he doesn't fit on one humans lap and frequently has to use two!

Despite his considerable size, which is all muscle btw, he is the biggest scaredycat you ever will meet!

A real gentle giant, he regards Mouse with a mixture of affection and worry!
